Booth Purchase Policy

Please review these terms before reserving your booth space for an SCE event.

By purchasing a booth for a Sports Cards Events show, you acknowledge and agree to the following booth reservation policies. Completing your order secures your selected booth space for the specific event listed at checkout and confirms your acceptance of these terms.

Booth Reservations

  • All booth purchases are tied to the specific event and booth number selected at checkout.
  • A booth is considered reserved only after full payment has been completed.
  • Submitting a purchase for one event does not transfer to any other event unless approved by SCE.

Sales Final / Refunds

  • All booth purchases are final.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or changes in personal schedule.
  • If an event is postponed or canceled by SCE, additional communication will be sent regarding next steps.

Booth Transfers

  • Booth transfers are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance by SCE.
  • Unauthorized resale, reassignment, or transfer of booth space may result in the reservation being canceled.
  • SCE reserves the right to verify the identity of vendors before event entry.

Vendor Responsibility

  • Vendors are responsible for bringing their own supplies, displays, and materials unless otherwise stated.
  • Vendors must comply with all venue rules, event instructions, and setup timelines.
  • SCE reserves the right to remove any vendor whose conduct, setup, or merchandise is not in line with event standards.

Booth Placement

  • SCE will make every effort to honor the booth selected at the time of purchase.
  • However, SCE reserves the right to make booth placement adjustments if necessary due to venue needs, operational issues, or event layout changes.
  • If an adjustment is required, SCE will attempt to provide a comparable booth option.

Confirmation

  • After purchase, you should receive an order confirmation at the email address entered during checkout.
  • Please review your order details carefully to confirm the correct event and booth selection.
  • If you do not receive confirmation, contact SCE as soon as possible.
